Bryan and Kate Loeb own and operate this local Yakima company.  Bryan's construction and insurance background, paired with Kate's remodeling and design experience is a great match.  

 

Kate is a full time designer with Standard Paint and Flooring, and works with many contractors, including Artistic Renovations, and clients to make their homes beautiful. She most recently co-owned Artsitic Interior Design and Construction which specialized in large scale remodels.  

 

Bryan project manages their construction projects and handles insurance work.  His career started with Farmer's Insurance as an adjuster, and then moved into estimating for construction companies for the past 6 years.

 

They tackle all projects together, and highly value their client's wishes.  Not only do they work together, they also have been blessed with 3 wonderful children and just celebrated with their 11h wedding anniversary.  Emerson, 12 is a budding interior designer, Dallas, 10 is a baseball player with big dreams, and Decker, 9,  is quite the entrepreneur with a business making Slime.
